Spencer Stuart's third annual Private Equity Roundtable featured a group of nearly 50 private equity partners, portfolio company chief executives and other senior officers, and representatives of audit, legal and consulting firms specializing in private equity. The event featured a wide-ranging discussion on topics including governance and organizational structures for both private equity firms and portfolio companies, private equity investment approaches, and the essential qualities of successful portfolio company CEOs.
