Observers of private banking in Switzerland agree that the market is presently going through an extremely positive phase, characterized by sustainable growth, historically high revenues and an extremely attractive profit/risk ratio. This rapid growth however has resulted in a growing shortage of talent, which, when combined with the complex regulatory environment makes searching for and finding the right people with the right skills an increasingly difficult task.
