    Simply click on the Forgot your password link located directly below the user name/password fields on the Log In page. Next, enter your registered email address and we will email your user name and password. If you still encounter difficulties, please email us at: webhelp@spencerstuart.com.

    If you experience difficulties during the registration process, you can e-mail us at webhelp@spencerstuart.com. Most enquiries are responded to within 24 hours.

  4. What happens after I have registered?

    Once registered, you are entered into our database. Our advanced matching technology helps us determine whether you are suitable for any specific opportunities that we are handling on behalf of our clients.   5. Is registration free?

    Yes, registering with the Spencer Stuart Talent Network is absolutely free.

  6. How can I update my membership profile?

    Once you have completed registration you may update or edit your profile as often as you like by logging in and clicking on the Edit Profile link in the upper right corner of the site. You will be able to update your personal contact details, add new positions, qualifications and other relevant information.

    We match opportunities according to the industry and function criteria designated in your profile. Therefore it is important that you provide us with the most accurate information possible.

  7. How will I hear about new job opportunities?

    In various ways: we will match your experience and aspirations to new opportunities and contact you by email when we think you might be interested. You can also access a list of featured opportunities, some of which are included in our monthly newsletter. (you can sign up for this during registration).
