David Juster is the Insurance Specialty Practice leader for Europe. He has led senior assignments in all major sectors of the insurance industry - both in the U.K. and internationally. His experience includes recruiting board members and senior functional managers for composites, brokers and companies in both the Lloyd's and London markets covering property/casualty, reinsurance and life insurance.
David joined Spencer Stuart in 1990. Prior to joining, he was with the strategy consulting house of Booz Allen & Hamilton, and prior to that was managing director of a software house. He graduated from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst and is a Sloan Fellow of the London Business School.
