Patrick Rose is a member of the firm's Industrial practice in the U.K. where he focuses on aerospace, mining and manufacturing industries, as well as the supply chain function. He led the Industrial Practice in the U.K. for seven years until the end of 2008 and now focuses on senior local and global searches for international companies and other medium-sized enterprises across Europe. He also is a member of the Board Services Practice and is active in FTSE 250 non-executive work.
Prior to joining Spencer Stuart in 1993, Patrick spent 19 years with ICI, where he held management positions in sales, marketing, purchasing, logistics and new venture management in North America, the United Kingdom and Continental Europe. In addition to this work, Patrick was closely involved with ICI's recruitment and career development process as a business manager.
