Carolyn Eadie is a leading member of the European Board Services Practice, recruiting chief executives and non-executive directors across industry sectors. She is also a recognised leader in the U.K. in recruiting senior executives in the finance function. She co-led the global Financial Officer Practice for Spencer Stuart from 2000 to 2005 and has been a member of Spencer Stuart's worldwide board since May 2003.
A chartered accountant, she joined the firm having spent seven years in professional practice with Arthur Andersen, followed by three years in corporate finance in a City issuing house. She graduated from St Anne's College, Oxford.
