Carolyn Eadie has been Chairman of Spencer Stuart U.K. since January 2009 and co-leads the Board Services Practice in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and India, recruiting chief executives and non-executive directors across industry sectors. She is also a recognised leader in the U.K. in recruiting senior executives in the finance function. She co-led the global Financial Officer Practice for Spencer Stuart from 2000 to 2005 and was a member of Spencer Stuart's worldwide board from 2003 until 2009.
A chartered accountant, she joined the firm having spent seven years in professional practice with Arthur Andersen, followed by three years in corporate finance in a City issuing house. She graduated from St Anne's College, Oxford.
