As a member of Spencer Stuart’s Board Services and Consumer Goods & Services practices, Francisco has conducted a large number of searches including assignments for industrial and financial corporations.
Francisco began his career in the consumer division of the Spanish Fierro Group, and later joined the Williams and Humbert Sherry Company, as CEO responsible for operations in more than 120 countries.
Then he joined Spencer Stuart and participated in the opening of the Madrid office. In addition to his role as consultant, Francisco previously managed Spain’s business, served as chairman of the board nominations committee and served 8 years on the firm’s worldwide board of directors.
Francisco earned a law degree from the University of Madrid and an M.B.A. from I.E.S.E. in Barcelona. Based in Madrid, Francisco speaks Spanish and English.
