Before joining Spencer Stuart in 1978, Ignacio was a member of the International Department at Gil y Carvajal, later human relations manager of Carto Espana, export manager of Mepamsa, then general manager of the consulting firm Coemsa.
Ignacio was a member of Spencer Stuart's board of directors from 1985 to 1988 and from 1992 to 1996. In addition, he was regional manager for Continental Europe from 1987 to 1991. He is a member of the Board Services Practice and of the Consumer Goods & Services Practice of the firm.
Ignacio attended the Business School of ICADE and Georgetown University, in the U.S. He speaks Spanish, English and French.
