Drew Keith is a member of the firm’s Technology, Communications & Media Practice. His primary focus is on senior-level executive search assignments in the communications and technology sectors across Europe. Drew brings nearly 25 years of advisory and executive search experience to his role.
Before joining Spencer Stuart, Drew worked for four years at another international executive search firm, where he served as a managing director in the technology practice. As the country managing director for Italy, he also restructured the firm’s Italian business, achieving significant improvements in revenue, profit and brand awareness.
Prior to entering the executive search industry, Drew was chief information officer for Fastweb, the leading Italian broadband provider. Previous to that, he spent 18 years at Accenture in Milan, New York and Budapest, becoming an equity partner in 1999. While there, Drew focused on client work for telecom service providers and high tech equipment suppliers and was the managing partner for Hungary and the CEEMEAI region.
Drew received his bachelor’s degree in economics and Italian from the University of Wisconsin - Madison. He is fluent in Italian and English and speaks some French and Spanish.
