Vikrant Vora is a consultant in Spencer Stuart’s New Delhi office. A member of the firm’s Technology, Communications & Media, Professional Services and Consumer Goods & Services practices, Vikrant focuses on recruiting senior executives to leadership positions in these sectors.
Vikrant joined Spencer Stuart with a diverse set of experiences in the technology, entertainment and consumer goods sectors in India and abroad. Prior to entering the executive search field, Vikrant was a senior manager with Ernst & Young’s transaction advisory practice. In that role, he was responsible for business development and service delivery in the U.S. Pacific Northwest region, supporting the firm’s technology, media and telecom clients. In his U.S.-based consulting career with E&Y and Deloitte Consulting, he led several cross-border, post-merger integration and divestiture advisory engagements in the U.S., Europe and Southeast Asia.
Prior to his move to the U.S., Vikrant was in various sales and product management roles at Asian Paints and Sony Music. He started his career as a sales officer at Titan Watches.
Vikrant received a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from St. Xavier’s College and a postgraduate diploma in management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He earned his M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he was awarded the Price Institute Fellowship and the J.N. Tata Foundation Scholarship.
