Sarah Lim is a member of Spencer Stuart’s Consumer Goods & Services Practice, with a focusing on the Retail, Apparel & Luxury Goods Practice. She brings to her role 15 years of executive search experience and a sound track record building strong partnerships with multinational businesses, recruiting leadership teams and providing advice on human capital.
Sarah has broad search experience in the consumer and retail sectors across FMCG, branded apparel and private label. Her specific experience includes recruitment of chief executive and managing director roles, supply chain and logistics, sourcing, buying/trading and marketing.
Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Sarah headed the U.K. retail and consumer practice and led the global supply chain practice at another international executive search firm. For nearly three years, she conducted searches both publicly quoted, private equity backed and privately owned global businesses in the retail and consumer sectors. Before her career in search, Sarah was a senior supply chain executive for Celltech Therapeutics and prior to that, with the Racal-Chubb Group.
Sarah has an M.B.A. from Henley Management College, and is a member of both the CIPS and the Institute of Directors.
