Simon Harrison is a senior member of Spencer Stuart’s Financial Services Practice and a leader in the firm’s Insurance Practice. Much of his 25 years of executive search has been spent working with insurance and retail financial services clients. He has conducted a broad range of general management and senior functional management assignments across the insurance and finance industries. These have included life, pensions and investments, general insurance, broking and reinsurance, as well as leasing, mortgage financing and credit cards. Much of his work is cross-border and he has been a proponent of developing European and global client relationships.
Before joining Spencer Stuart, Simon led the European insurance practice for another leading global executive search firm for 15 years. He started his career with Allen & Overy in 1982 to train as a lawyer before moving into executive search.
Simon has a master's degree with honours in jurisprudence from Trinity College, Oxford.
