Duncan Reed is a member of the Board Services Practice in Europe, advising and consulting for boards of major public and private companies. He specialises in the recruitment of chairmen and directors for companies in the industrial, consumer and services sectors.
Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Duncan was a consultant with a major international search firm, where he had concentrated on board work. He also served as an associate partner in a leading board search firm in the U.K.
His early career was in politics and communications, with the Conservative Party. He is a graduate in classics from Jesus College, Cambridge.
