Eliana leads the search efforts for the Technology Communications & Media Practice in Argentina. She joined Spencer Stuart in 1997 to help develop the TCM practice. During her career at Spencer Stuart, she has led important searches for top multinational companies across Latin America, recruiting local and regional IT executives for leading positions across all industries. She also is a leader within the Business & Professional Services Practice in the region.
Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Eliana worked for Accenture as a consultant for change management services. She acquired broad experience in organization and human resources consultancy through different service lines: technology assimilation, organizational reengineering, knowledge transfer, human resources administration and total quality control. Later, she worked at another leading global executive search firm.
Born in Argentina, she has an E.D.P. from the University of Belgrano. Eliana and her husband live in Buenos Aires with their two children.
