Ignacio Marseillan is a member of Spencer Stuart’s management team and leads the firm’s regional operations in South America.
After joining Spencer Stuart in 1995, he managed the firm’s Buenos Aires office for five years before becoming managing director of the firm’s South American business.
Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Ignacio was the treasurer at Bemberg Group and later served as a member of the financial and investment management team at Bemberg Group’s investment company. Ignacio began his career in Morgan Bank, both in the firm’s New York and Buenos Aires offices, in the areas of corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions.
He received a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the Universidad de Buenos Aires and an M.B.A. from Harvard University.
In addition to being a native Spanish speaker, he also speaks fluent English and French. Ignacio is Argentine and is based in Buenos Aires.
