Marc Eschauzier is a consultant in Spencer Stuart's Financial Services Practice. He joined the firm in 1993, and leads the Asset Management business in Europe. Marc also co-leads the global Asset Management Practice. He specialises in the placement of chief executive officers, chief investment officers and other senior strategic as well as functional roles in areas such as risk and human resources. Most of his focus is on the recruitment of investment professionals with a broad range of experience across all asset classes. Marc is also a member of the firm's Real Estate Practice, where he is responsible for recruiting executives in investment management, corporate finance and capital markets. Marc has worked with a geographically diverse group of clients and continues to bring his expertise to companies seeking to fill positions in Europe, Asia, the Middle East and the Americas.
Prior to joining the firm, Marc worked in a public practice for a major accounting firm, before joining an international search and selection firm, where he specialised in appointments within the finance function.
Marc is a graduate of the University of Exeter.
