Silvana Zenere leads Spencer Stuart’s Life Sciences Practice in South America. She joined the firm in 2000 to help develop the Life Sciences and Financial Services practices. She contributed to various searches for top multinational companies across Latin America such as Baxter, Novartis, Sandoz, Laboratorios Roche, Allergan, Boehringer Ingelheim, Astra Zeneca and Nobel Biocare in the pharmaceutical and medical devices industry; and HSBC, BBVA, Deutsche Bank, Banco Itau in the Financial Services industry. Silvana is also member of the Human Resources Practice and is a leader within the practice in Argentina where she has recruited senior local and regional human resources executives across all industries.
Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Silvana worked 8 years for HSBC Group in commercial and human resources management positions for the banking, insurance and healthcare operations in Argentina. Prior to that, she worked as Corporate Credit Manager at Deutsche Bank.
Silvana has a business administration degree from Universidad de Buenos Aires. She is married with two children.
