Nigel joined Spencer Stuart's Financial Services Practice in 2005 and focuses on investment banking, market infrastructure and private equity. He has conducted searches on a global basis for a broad range of clients, including leading investment and retail banks, and emerging market firms. Nigel has gained considerable international experience with succession planning in the investment banking sector. Additional areas of expertise include economic capital and senior functional appointments.
Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Nigel worked in investment banking, covering both mainstream M&A and distressed restructuring situations.
Nigel graduated from University College London, where he read English Literature.
