Katherine Moos joined the London office of Spencer Stuart in 2000 and specialises in search and succession planning for major global financial institutions, covering senior line management and functional roles. Her search work in financial services focuses on CEO and non-executive director appointments, as well as senior functional roles, particularly in finance and risk. Katherine is a member of the firm’s Audit & Risk Oversight Committee and was previously head of the Financial Services Practice in the U.K. She leads the Spencer Stuart Directors’ Forum Programme at London Business School and the Spencer Stuart Sloan Scholarship Programme for Women, also at London Business School.
Prior to Spencer Stuart, Katherine was a strategy consultant with LEK Consulting. Katherine was then CEO of a retail business and subsequently founder-CEO of a company in the leisure industry.
Katherine earned her L.L.B. in English law and German law from Kings College, London, and holds a diploma in German law from the Universität Passau. She is fluent in English, French and German.
