Sarah Mulhern is a member of the Executive Assessment Services team working for Spencer Stuart in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific. In this role, she has worked for clients across multiple industries and geographies and contributes extensive experience assessing executives and board-level talent.
Before joining the EAS team, Sarah was an international search consultant for Spencer Stuart specialising in the information and communications technologies sector, based initially in Paris and then in London. During this time, she held leadership positions in the Internet and Software practices.
Sarah began her career as a consultant with Accenture in Dublin, later moving to Sophia Antipolis in the South of France, where she was marketing manager for Foundation, Accenture’s client-server development tool. She then set up and ran Scotwork Ireland, and also ran Scotwork France, before joining Spencer Stuart. Scotwork runs the world’s leading training course in negotiation skills.
Sarah holds an M.A. in Arts and Letters from the University of Dublin, Trinity College. She speaks English, French and Italian.
