Pablo Bernad joined Spencer Stuart in 2001 and is a member of Spencer Stuart's global Industrial and Technology, Communications & Media practices. He is responsible for the chief information officer and chief technology officer functions for Spain and leads the firm's offices in Barcelona and Madrid.
Before joining Spencer Stuart, Pablo worked for IBM for 15 years. In his last position as small and medium enterprises executive for Spain and Portugal, he was responsible for a total sales volume of $400 million. He was member of the IBM Spain executive committee and of the Multimedia Ediciones board. During this period, he took a leading role in transforming IBM from a hardware company into a services company. Pablo introduced new processes in client relationship management, implementing both call center techniques and indirect channels. Prior to that, he was business manager for the academic and research market.
Pablo is an industrial engineer from the University of Navarra, and he also holds an international MBM from Bocconi in Italy, Erasmus in the Netherlands and the London School of Economics in the U.K. He speaks Spanish, English and German.
