Head south.

Turn right toward Exit 46.

Take exit 46 on the right to merge onto R24 toward Johannesburg.

Take the exit onto R24.

Take exit 113 for N3 S/N12 toward M2/Kimberley/Germiston/Durban.

Keep right at the fork, follow signs for N3 N/N1/Pretoria.

Turn left onto N3.

Continue onto N1 Western Bypass.

Take exit 95 toward Sandton/R511.

Merge onto William Nicol Drive.

Slight left to stay on William Nicol Drive.

Turn left onto Ballyclare Drive (Investment cars on your right hand side and Bryanston Shopping Centre on your left).

Just after the Bryanston Shopping Centre is a set of traffic lights. TURN LEFT HERE.

Ballywood Office Park is in the cul-de-sac.

FROM ROSEBANK ON JAN SMUTS AVENUE

Continue on Jan Smuts, pass Bompas Road, Dunkeld West Centre on your left and a little further on Hyde Park Corner on your right as the road will fork shortly after this.

Pass the traffic lights at 6th Street at Hyde Park Corner and taking the right lane onto William Nicol Drive in the direction of Sandton/Bryanston.

Once on William Nicol Drive, Ballyclare Drive is the 7th set of traffic lights, i.e.:

1. 2nd Road;
2. Stirling/Argyle;
3. Sandton Drive;
4. Matjie;
5. Republic;
6. Peter Place;
7. Ballyclare Drive

Turn right into Ballyclare Drive (Investment cars on your left-hand side and Bryanston Shopping Centre on your right).

Just after the Bryanston Shopping Centre is a set of traffic lights. TURN LEFT HERE.

FROM BRYANSTON ON WILLIAM NICOL

Continue on William Nicol Drive towards Sandton.

Turn left into Ballyclare Drive (Investment cars on your right hand side and Bryanston Shopping Centre on your left).

FROM PRETORIA TO JOHANNESBURG

From the Ben Schoeman highway towards Johannesburg get onto the Western Bypass and take the William Nicol off ramp.

Turn left onto William Nicol Drive towards Bryanston — keeping to the left hand side where the roads forks at William Nicol and Main at Grosvenor Crossing Shopping Centre.

Ballyclare Drive is the 3rd set of traffic lights from Grosvenor Road, i.e.:

1. Grosvenor Rd;
2. Dover / Clonmore;
3. Ballyclare Drive

Turn left into Ballyclare Drive (Investment cars on your right hand side and Bryanston Shopping Centre on your left).
