The Directors’ Institute Roundtable Forums are structured as intensive, day–and–a–half programs that focus on corporate governance and important issues facing audit committees and compensation committees. They feature expert practitioners and keynote guests from the business, regulatory and judicial sectors who supplement the core director faculty, Programs are held twice each year and are open only to current and former directors.
