Directors' Forum

Developed by Spencer Stuart and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, Directors’ Forum is a unique and exclusive programme run annually at the London Business School.

KPMG and the London Business School assisted in developing the Directors’ Forum programme in the UK and together with McKinsey, Citigroup, Cazenove and Linklaters act as key advisors.

Directors’ Forum provides a unique opportunity for directors to enhance their boardroom skills by participating in role play, sharing best practice and working alongside leading figures from some of the UK’s top plc boards.

Directors’ Forum attracts a wide range of high calibre participants who are invited to share their knowledge with fellow directors and learn from them during the course of the programme.

Participants are typically CEOs on boards of smaller businesses, or executives in larger businesses who either already sit on or are just about to join the main board. Some participants are senior figures with experience at the very top levels of public service wishing to join a plc board.
